Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Our satisfaction guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use or damage. 

How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

1. Please email customerservice@eggchiller.com to request a refund stating reason for return and we will reply with a return confirmation email. If the item is not returnable as per the EPI Food Safety return policy, it will be indicated as such.

2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include the original receipt in your package.

4. You will be notified by email once your package has been received and the refund has been applied.

Return Exceptions

Our return policy does not apply to items that have been damageddue to misuse, accident, or consumer modification. EPI Food Safety has the right to, in its sole discretion, refuse any returns based on consumer use not outlined in the product instruction manual included with your purchase.

Return Shipping Costs

We are not responsible for return shipping charges. Once your return is processed, you will receive a refund for the amount paid for the returned item back to the original method of payment. We recommend that you select a carrier that can provide tracking or insurance. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking.

Shipping Policy

Turnaround

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is added at checkout. For orders over 7 pounds and international orders, additional charges will apply. Rates exclude shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
